Arguably the most well-known property on this list, built in 1927, the Château Marmont is the epitome of Old Hollywood glamor. Its heritage hasn’t stopped it from being a Hollywood mainstay, though; dozens of parties, from the Golden Globes to elaborate celebrity birthdays, are thrown here each year. Although it’s not exactly cheap – with rooms starting at a handsome $450 a night, but for a chance to sleep in a room once possibly occupied by your favorite singer or actor, we think it’s worth it.
