Locals Guide to Manhattan Beach

Locals Guide to Manhattan Beach
Dennis Komick September 22, 2015

Manhattan Beach, CA is an idyllic beach town just south of Los Angeles. With a gorgeous beach, a quaint downtown, wonderful restaurants and beautiful people everywhere, Manhattan Beach is a perfect living example of the Southern California lifestyle that the rest of the world envies. Just walking down the streets one almost expects to see the Beach Boys cruising by in a little deuce coupe. More than just a tourist destination, Manhattan Beach also boasts some of the best schools in the LA area, which is just one of the many reasons why this is one of the most desirable neighborhoods for home buying in LA.

Fortunately Dennis Komick, a respected real estate agent and native of Manhattan Beach, provided us with some of his favorite places to see if you stop by Manhattan Beach.
