We specialize in a unique form of personal training done in a semi private format, in which up to 4 people share a training session. Reduce the costs of private training without minimizing the benefits! Our group interval training classes focus on weight loss, strength training and athletic improvement, and are limited to 15 people to make sure we can provide a personalized, instructional environment.
